Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing portal — no penalty, no questions asked. You retain full access until the end of your current billing period. Your work stays with you.
What happens to my data?
Your strategy sections, Brand Knowledge, and reports are always yours. If you downgrade, you retain read access to everything you created. Active editing of paid features requires an active plan. We never delete your data.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing portal at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Billing interval changes also take effect immediately — Stripe applies a proration so you only pay for what you use. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
How many workspaces can I have?
The Free and Professional plans include one workspace. Growth includes five workspaces — ideal for founders managing multiple projects or brands. Additional workspaces can be added via the workspace add-on. Agency (coming soon) includes unlimited client workspaces.
